The clear rules of a relationship of trust.
Effective date: 1 May 2026
Buying from bebooncare means entering into a relationship with a brand. This page sets out in black and white what we undertake to do, what we expect of you, and how we deal together with situations that do not go exactly as planned. No line is there to catch you out. Everything is there so that we understand each other, from the outset.
In one sentence. We sell premium post-partum care to private customers, from France. You have fourteen days to change your mind about products that can be returned, a two-year legal guarantee on everything we ship, and a customer service that replies within 48 hours. For any question: contact@bebooncare.com.
1. What these terms are for
These terms and conditions of sale, referred to as the “Terms” in the rest of this text, govern all sales concluded between SASU DEVSECUP, which operates the bebooncare brand, and any adult acting as a consumer (within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code) who places an order on the website www.bebooncare.com.
These Terms apply to all sales, without exception. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read them and accept them in full. Those are the rules of the game: we commit to these terms, and so do you.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal developments or changes to our services. The version that applies to your order is always the one in force on the day you place it: it remains available in your order confirmation.
2. Who sells, who buys
The website bebooncare.com is published and operated by SASU DEVSECUP, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée à associé unique) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 847 801 271, whose registered office is at 127 rue de Bellevue, 92700 Colombes. You can reach us at contact@bebooncare.com. Full contact details appear in our Legal notice.
These Terms are addressed exclusively to private consumers, acting for purposes outside any commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity. To place an order, you must be at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you wish to buy as a professional (midwife, doula, clinic, B2B partner), we have a separate framework that we will be happy to present to you on request at contact@bebooncare.com.
3. Our products
We select and sell premium care products and accessories designed to support the post-partum: cosmetics, textiles, well-being products. They are made by specialist partner brands, which we choose against demanding criteria: bebooncare is not their manufacturer. They are available individually or gathered in kits and boxes put together as coherent sets: each kit is conceived as an overall response to a precise moment of the post-partum, and its products are selected to work together.
Each product page describes the essential characteristics in detail: composition, capacity, origin, use, any precautions. The photographs illustrate our products with the greatest care, but they cannot bind bebooncare beyond the characteristics described. Slight variations in shade, finish or packaging may occur from one batch to another: they depend on the brands that make these products and are not a defect.
Our products are sold subject to availability. If, despite our vigilance, a product you have ordered were to become unavailable after confirmation, we would inform you without delay and, at your choice, issue a full refund or replace it with a product of equivalent value and quality.
4. Prices
The prices of our products are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The delivery costs applicable to your order are clearly presented to you before final confirmation of payment: no surprises at the time of paying, no surcharge appearing at the last second.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice. However, the price that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you confirm it, and that price will remain firm until delivery.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (a product displayed at a derisory amount due to a technical accident, for example) bebooncare reserves the right to cancel the order concerned and to issue a full refund if payment had been taken. Case law recognises this possibility: an obvious error does not create a contract.
5. Placing an order
Ordering on bebooncare.com takes a few simple steps. You select your products, add them to the basket, enter your details and delivery address, choose your delivery method, proceed to payment, and confirm. It is this final confirmation that turns your intention into a firm order.
Before the final click, you can check the details of your order, correct any errors, and read all the information relating to the price, delivery, your right of withdrawal and these Terms. By clicking the confirmation button, you confirm that you have read all of these elements and accepted them.
As soon as you confirm, you receive by email an electronic acknowledgement summarising your order. This message is not a dispatch confirmation: it simply certifies that we have received your order. The dispatch confirmation is sent to you separately as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears manifestly abnormal: excessive quantities, suspected payment fraud, a history of unresolved disputes, previous non-payment. Should this occur, you would be informed without delay, and any payment made would be refunded in full.
6. Paying for your purchase
You can pay for your order by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), by Apple Pay or Google Pay. Depending on the period, other payment methods may be offered at the basket stage: they are then added to the usual methods without replacing them.
Your payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider certified PCI-DSS Level 1: the highest level of security recognised by the international banking networks. At no time do your bank card details pass through or get stored by bebooncare: they are encrypted end to end and sent directly to Stripe.
Your card is debited when the order is confirmed. The order is only definitively recorded once payment has been authorised by your bank. If authorisation is refused, the order is automatically cancelled and no debit is made.
7. Receiving your order
We deliver to mainland France and Corsica. Delivery to other territories (French overseas departments and regions, European Union, international), may be offered depending on the period: the applicable areas and conditions are specified at the basket stage.
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it on the next working day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Tuesday is therefore prepared on the Wednesday; an order placed on a Saturday is prepared on the following Monday. Each parcel is carefully prepared before shipping.
The standard delivery time in mainland France is three to ten working days from dispatch, depending on your area and the delivery method chosen (Colissimo, Mondial Relay and other logistics partners according to the options offered). The tracking number sent to you on dispatch lets you follow the delivery in real time.
In accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery is delayed by more than thirty days beyond the date initially planned, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, if we fail to do so, cancel the order: you are then refunded in full as soon as possible.
Delivery costs. In mainland France, standard delivery is free for any order of 120 € or more. Below that amount, delivery costs are calculated according to the method chosen and are clearly shown to you at the basket stage, before confirmation. Express delivery methods or destinations outside mainland France may remain chargeable regardless of the amount of your order.
On receipt, take the time to check the condition of your parcel before accepting delivery. If the parcel shows obvious damage (torn, opened or crushed packaging) record precise reservations with the courier on the delivery note, and report the incident to us within 48 hours at contact@bebooncare.com. Without reservations, recourse against the carrier becomes legally more difficult.
8. Changing your mind: your right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, you simply need to notify us of your decision before the period expires, by email to contact@bebooncare.com or by post to the address of our registered office, using the model withdrawal form appended to these Terms, or simply by writing a clear and unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw. No excessive formality: your intention is enough, provided it is clear and dated.
You then have a further fourteen days after notifying your withdrawal to return the products concerned to us, at the address that will be given to you in reply to your request. Return costs are borne by you, unless the returned product was defective or did not match your order, in which case we bear them in full.
We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs at the standard rate, within a maximum of fourteen days from the date on which we recover the products, or from the date on which you provide us with proof of their dispatch if earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene. Article L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code provides that certain products, by their nature, are excluded from the right of withdrawal once they have been unsealed after delivery. On bebooncare.com this concerns: sealed cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery, which can no longer be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection; intimate textiles and post-partum underwear, once they have been unpacked or used, for the same reasons.
Special case of kits and boxes. Our kits and boxes are designed and sold as coherent, inseparable sets: each kit is conceived as an overall response to a moment of the post-partum, its products are selected to work together, and it is sold at a single price corresponding to that set.
Where a kit contains hygiene products (sealed cosmetics) or intimate textiles, opening or using even one of those products covered by the exclusions above makes the whole kit non-returnable under the right of withdrawal. The inseparable unity of the kit, which is precisely what gives it its value, prevents partial return.
This information is repeated on the product page of each kit or box before purchase. As long as no hygiene product or intimate textile has been unsealed, the whole kit remains eligible for the right of withdrawal under the general conditions described above.
To be returned under the right of withdrawal, products, whether bought individually or in an eligible kit, must reach us in their original condition, complete, unused and in their unaltered sales packaging. A product that has suffered obvious depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or proper functioning may be subject to a reduction in the refund, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
9. If a product is defective: the legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, two legal guarantees protect your purchases. They apply automatically, at no extra cost, with no particular step to take at the time of purchase. You may invoke them if a problem arises.
Legal guarantee of conformity: Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. You have two years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal guarantee of conformity. During this period, you may demand that the product be brought into conformity, replaced, or, failing that, a price reduction or the cancellation of the contract with a refund.
During the first twenty-four months, you do not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery: the law presumes this in your favour.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee we may otherwise offer.
Guarantee against hidden defects. Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Independently of the guarantee of conformity, you may invoke the guarantee against hidden defects if you discover a defect that makes the product unfit for its intended use, or that so diminishes its use that you would not have bought it, or would have paid a lower price, had you known of it. You have two years from the discovery of the defect to act. You may choose between returning the product and having the price refunded, or keeping the product and obtaining a price reduction.
To invoke either of these guarantees, write to us at contact@bebooncare.com describing the defect found, attaching photographs if possible, and giving your order number. We will tell you what to do as quickly as possible: with no return costs charged to you if the defect is confirmed.
10. Customer service and complaints
For any question, suggestion, request or complaint, a single address: contact@bebooncare.com. Our team reads every message and undertakes to reply within 48 working hours, Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted. If your request calls for more in-depth research, we acknowledge receipt within that time and get back to you as soon as possible.
We handle all complaints with the same care. Our aim is simple: to find, together, the fairest solution. In the vast majority of cases, direct dialogue resolves matters without the need for more formal procedures. But when that is not enough, the path of mediation remains open.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we inform you that in the event of a persistent dispute with bebooncare, and after having tried to resolve it directly with our customer service, you may make use of a consumer mediator free of charge.
Competent consumer mediator. CNPM (Médiation de la Consommation, 27 avenue de la Libération), 42400 Saint-Chamond. Website: cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu
Referral to the mediator is free of charge. It requires a prior attempt at amicable settlement of your dispute with our customer service, by written complaint.
If you live in another country of the European Union, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Personal data and intellectual property
The conditions under which we collect and process your personal data in connection with your order are detailed in our Privacy policy. The cookies placed on your browser are covered by a dedicated Cookie policy.
All content on bebooncare.com (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, visual identity, database, source code), is protected by intellectual property law. You are welcome to read, look, and share a link. Any unauthorised reproduction or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited and engages the liability of its author. Details are given in our Legal notice.
13. The legal framework
Force majeure. bebooncare cannot be held liable for the delay or non-performance of an order where this results from a case of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code: an event beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures. These include, in particular, natural disasters, general strikes by carriers, pandemics declared by the health authorities, and widespread failures of electronic communication networks.
Partial invalidity. If any provision of these Terms were to be declared void or unenforceable by a court decision, such invalidity would not affect the validity of the other provisions, which would continue to have effect.
Applicable law. These Terms and any order placed on bebooncare.com are governed by French law.
Competent courts. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at direct amicable resolution and then possible recourse to the consumer mediator, the French courts have jurisdiction. In accordance with Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code, as a consumer you may bring the matter either before the court of the place where you lived at the time the contract was concluded, or that of the place where the harmful event occurred, or that of the defendant.
